Frauke is working as a consultant and coach with organizations and companies (profit and not for profit) as well as with individuals. Her focus lies on innovative learning settings, business facilitation and creatings fits of work and people in organizations (job crafting). One of her passions is to continuously create and adapt methods and tools, according to the needs of her counterparts.

Frauke lives in Hamburg, Germany and enjoys working internationally as well.
