Feedback about key learnings in a seminar


What is it about?
Giving feedback about the main learnings and take-aways Alternatively: Feedback to the trainers about their performance / content of the seminar, etc.

When to use it?
At the end of a seminar / training session
Group size 3-25

How does it work?

Ask participants to choose a card that illustrates their main learnings in this seminar: One card for “What was most surprising to me”, one card for “What I will definitely remember / tell others about this”, one card for “A next step I’m going to take”. 
Alternatively: Ask each participant to choose 1-3 cards that reflect their responses / ratings / feeling about the seminar in general.

Feedback might also be collected in a collage organized by topics which is later commented on by the participants.

What is it good for?
Translating the feedback into visuals might help participants to be more open and honest in their feedback
