Tjip defends his PhD!

Today our colleague Tjip de Jong defended his PhD on innovation and social capital successfully at Twente University at Enschede, the Netherlands. Tjip found out that network-facilitators do not always at value to networks focussed on knowledge productivity. He also concluded that most innovative networks always have network-links outside the organisation (linking). The ceremony was though but very inspiring. Go Tjip! That's the only way to become a PhD :-)
