It has been an exciting journey so far. 1,5 years after sending out the first sets, it feels like a good moment for a review on the journey which lies behind us.

So far, we know that Caleidoscopio Cards are being used:

• all over the world: in nearly 20 countries, on every continent

• in a broad variety of audiences: examples are top-level management, youth movement, hospitals to trade-unions

• in very different settings and topics: team development, conflict mediation, individual coaching, large-group interventions, brainstorming sessions, leadership development
  

We are delighted to see where our pictures help the process and deepen insights. Especially seeing that the cards are meeting the expectations to be helpful across cultures and borders, no matter which language people are using, is inspring.
